Drawing on decades of experience across federal service, military command, and civic leadership, Entente delivers high-level counsel on stakeholder strategy, institutional relationships, and principled decision-making in complex environments.
Over two decades of service as a Senior Master Sergeant, currently serving as an Equal Opportunity (EO) Specialist. His career includes senior advisory and command-adjacent roles such as Human Resources Advisor and Group First Sergeant, most recently with the 432nd Air Expeditionary Group under Operation Lone Star — responsible for the discipline, morale, welfare, readiness, and quality-of-life of hundreds of enlisted personnel in border security operations.
Served as VP of Operations from 2023 to 2025, advancing programs centered on mentorship, education, and economic empowerment. Continues as an active member of the organization.
Invested in youth development through a Christian-based nonprofit from 2009 to 2013, combining athletic mentorship with intentional character formation for young people and families.
Advocates for policies that strengthen the lives of service members and veterans, contributing to one of the Air Force's most prominent enlisted professional organizations.
